About the job

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can manage both financial operations & business development effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is versatile, detail-oriented, and has a strong blend of interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
Prepare financial reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
Monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial controls are in place.
Assist in developing and managing budgets for projects and operations.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure financial goals align with business objectives.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Develop proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts with potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage client communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development and/or financial management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
