Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain proper records of every transactions in accounting software i.e. Swostik
Calculate the Cost and make entry in Software
Maintain up to date record of Party Ledger
Calculate and process the Salary Payment and prepare salary slip
Liaise with third parties (banks, vendors, tax office, and others) to ensure smooth operation
Ensure Purchase book, Sales book and Stock book are maintained properly
Prepare necessary documents required for import
Maintain proper record of all import, purchase and sales documents and bills
Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement every month
Compliance with TDS requirements
Preparing legal briefs for Senior Management
Assist in preparation of periodic and year-end financial reports for Nepal
Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization
Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement every month
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports daily, weekly & monthly basis
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor Degree in Management from recognized university
At least 2 years of experience in Trading company
Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally/Swostik) and Spreadsheet
Sound Knowledge about import documents, LC and draft

PS : Preference will be given to BBA-BI and BDFin (Bachelor in Development Finance (BDFin)
