Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years

  • Should have completed Bachelor in Account or equivalent
  • Should have 3 years of experience
  • Good knowledge in computers, Excel and accounting software
  • Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook, Email, Internet 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Able to handle finance independently
  • Good communication, problem solving and team work skills 
  • Ability to complete complex task with minimal supervision

Job Description

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Preparing balance sheets
  • Processing invoices
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
  • Providing customer service to clients
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
