Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Position: Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager (depending upon experience)
Salary: As per company regulations depending on position
Job Location: Head Office in Kathmandu with site visits when required

Job Responsibilities:

Independently manage the budget and cashflow of the Company
Independently handle Equity Injection in the company from shareholders.
Independently handle various approvals from Government entities for smooth operationof the company (FDI investments, Interest payments, etc.)
Handle legal aspect of finance department in close coordination with Legal team and Company Secretary
Deal with local and international banks for treasury related functions
Manage communications with shareholders, lenders, consultants, banks, legal team and finance related government organizations.
Prepare reports based on the financing documents as required by the management.
Draft and improvise all the finance related policies of the organization
Any other work as allocated by management related to finance department

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 8 years

Requirement:

Master’s degree in management or finance with minimum of 5 years’ work experience or Bachelor’s degree in management or finance with 8 years’ work experience for Finance Manager
Master’s degree in management or finance with minimum 2 years’ work experience or Bachelor's degree in management or finance with 5 years’ work experience for Assistant Finance Manager
Excellent communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FDI companies
