Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee the financial and administrative part of the project
Prepare periodic budget and financial reports
Supervise the account assistant and direct where necessary
Maintaining books of accounts and necessary financial documents required for project
Prepare and submit quarterly statement of expenditure, conduct audit as per the rules and regulations of the government
Ensure complete admin and financial discipline at the project including timely advance settlement
