Job Description

Recording of financial transactions of the Company using accounting software used by the Company in accordance with the Financial Policy of the Company
Documentation and filing of accounting transactions of the Company
Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
Raising invoices on all clients and ensure receipt of payments from Clients
Monitor all receivable and payables of the Company and manage all receipts and payments made by the Company. Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
Perform all activities required to ensure all taxation and statutory compliance of the Company
Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
Prepare monthly accounting and financial performance reports and such other accounting and financial reports as necessary
Prepare quarterly budget variation report
Gather information to estimate fund requirement of Company offices and Prepare fund requisition statement for collection of funds
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Assisting with management of inflow and outflow of funds from the system including test wires, transaction wires, transaction refunds, etc
Executing all tasks assigned by supervisors
