Are you an experienced financial professional with exceptional skills in email writing, financial reconciliation, and communication with international clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as our Financial Director.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with international operations.
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and tax laws.
Manage global cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
Communicate financial performance and key metrics to stakeholders.
Provide leadership and development opportunities for the finance team.
Provide financial training and support to other departments to enhance their understanding of financial processes and decision-making.
Oversee the resolution of financial disputes with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to protect the company's financial interests.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor financial performance, and economic conditions to inform strategic decisions.
Optimize the company's capital structure by balancing debt and equity financing to support growth while minimizing financial risk.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's or CA, ACCA, preferred).
Proven experience as a Financial Director or in a similar senior finance role.
Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation processes and practices.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
