Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Consultant at Dia-Leo in Kathmandu. The role involves financial planning, consulting, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business success in the realm of lead generation, appointment setting, and telemarketing.

Responsibilities

Providing financial advice to Australian businesses based on their circumstances, appetite for risk and desired level of future investment growth
Analytical Skills & Consulting expertise
Financial Planning skills
Analyzing client information and future financial projections to ascertain the best investment solutions and strategies for clients
Maintaining good relationships with clients and adapting their advice and strategies to meet unexpected changes in financial circumstances
Producing financial reports and communicating to clients what the figures mean
Meeting all regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on actively listening to and understanding clients’ needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business
At least one year of experience in similar role or in a call center
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Results/Solution focused
Must have a working laptop
