Responsibilities

Perform duties of finance runner or messenger as assigned by seniors
Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Input and processing financial data such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports
Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assisting with payment collection, bank deposits
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing documents in an organized manner
Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal staff to resolve financial issues
Providing support to the finance team as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's running candidates may apply
Must have valid driving license
Knowledge of financial principles and practices
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with hotel operations and industry-specific financial concepts is a plus
