About the job

Job Position: Finance Associate

Location: Sinamangal Kathmandu, Nepal

Company: Mahavir Shree International P. Ltd.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial data entries in Odoo software and possess a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Entries in ODOO software
Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Participate in month-end and year-end close procedures
Assist with audits and tax filings
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Prepare and maintain financial documentation
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBS, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with Odoo software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting ERP modules
