Job Position: Finance Associate

Location: Sinamangal Kathmandu, Nepal

Company: Mahavir Shree International P. Ltd. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial data entries in Odoo software and possess a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entries in ODOO software
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Participate in month-end and year-end close procedures
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBS, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with Odoo software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting ERP modules
