Roles and responsibilities of this job

Generate and issue accurate, up-to-date sales bills using our designated cloud-based software.
Record and maintain bank entries to ensure timely updates and accuracy.
Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions with thorough documentation and tracking.
Conduct visits to the bank for petty cash withdrawals, ensuring adherence to company policies and proper documentation.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify that all transactions are accurately reflected in our accounts.
Organize and securely maintain physical records and documents for easy retrieval.
Assist in preparing data for MIGO entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness in inventory and purchasing records.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within a digital marketing or agency setting.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, reconciliation, and petty cash management.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with digital payment platforms, cloud -based accounting software, and project-based accounting is a plus.
