Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare Expense chart as per local SOP
Track and reconcile Expenses
Support monthly reporting compilation
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable and tally
Process invoices for payment and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
Provide administrative support during budget preparation and quarter reviews

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelors in Management/Commerce (Masters would be added advantage)
Intermediate proficiency in Excel (Advance excel would be added advantage)
Good communication skills
Intermediate Proficiency in English
1-2 years’ experience in sales/finance field (pharmaceutical background preferable)
