Working Area:

The work station is a rural village in the district of Sindhupalchowk, where the organization has several projects and employs both, local and non-local staff

Requirements:

Should have Bachelor's Degree in Management or any related field
Should have knowledge of basic accounting principles
Should have knowledge of MS office package and accounting software
Work experience in related field is preferable
Should possess two-wheeler and driving license
Should possess strong work ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data
Fluent in verbal and written English
Young, energetic, detail-oriented and self-motivated with the passion to work in any condition, especially in rural setting
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with good interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring every transactions are recorded in the accounting system and filed properly
Issuing invoices and collecting receipts
Managing cash flow and reconciling bank statements
Monitoring expenses to ensure they are within approved budget
Calculating and processing salary payments
Verifying expenses and processing payments
Verifying balances in account books and rectifying errors
Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports
Performing administrative tasks as needed
Undertaking any ad hoc duties
Maintaining all staff and patient files in the company’s database

Holidays/Leave : 5 days/month

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be 20,000 to 25,000/- NPR (depending on the skills and experience)
On-the-job training
Accommodation arrangement
