Working Area:

• The work station is a rural village in the district of Sindhupalchowk, where the organization has several projects and employs both, local and non-local staff

Requirements:

• Should have Bachelor's Degree in Management or any related field
• Should have knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Should have knowledge of MS office package and accounting software
• Work experience in related field is preferable
• Should possess two-wheeler and driving license
• Should possess strong work ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Young, energetic, detail-oriented and self-motivated with the passion to work in any condition, especially in rural setting
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with good interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring every transactions are recorded in the accounting system and filed properly
• Issuing invoices and collecting receipts
• Managing cash flow and reconciling bank statements
• Monitoring expenses to ensure they are within approved budget
• Calculating and processing salary payments 
• Verifying expenses and processing payments
• Verifying balances in account books and rectifying errors
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports
• Performing administrative tasks as needed
• Undertaking any ad hoc duties
• Maintaining all staff and patient files in the company’s database

Holidays/Leave : 5 days/month

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Salary will be 20,000 to 25,000/- NPR (depending on the skills and experience)
• On-the-job training
• Accommodation arrangement
