Rural Health and Education Service Trust (RHEST) is dedicated to ending all forms of gender-based violence, including trafficking and child marriage, and promoting girls' education. RHEST has been supporting the formal education of more than 12000 vulnerable girls in the rural communities in 18 districts of Nepal. RHEST is looking for qualified candidates for the post of Finance and Administration Director (FAD) for its head office in Kathmandu. FAD will lead the large-scale portfolios and manage overall financial and administrative management, including cash flow, statutory requirements, procurement/logistics, financial forecasting, NGO compliances, asset inventory, and office maintenance/insurance. Interested candidates, who have a bachelor's degree in Finance Management (master's degree preferred) and at least eight years of work experience in related fields in I/NGOs and private sectors.
