Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance & Account Officer to join our team. The role involves managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting financial planning and analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Finance represents overall management, and the process of funds needed in the company. Maintaining Company's Financial policies, applying best practices, Forecasting & Budget planning will ensure bests result in financial systems in the company.

Bookkeeping:

Maintain Day to day transaction (daybook) into software and hard copies.
Maintain Ledger of staff, customer & vendors.
Maintain, Prepare & entry Invoice, Sales Bill, Payments and vouchers.
Document Hard & Softcopy Filing.
Maintain VAT, Tax submissions to tax office.

Accounting:

Monitor & Prepare Weekly / Monthly reports on payables & receivable balances and follow up in timely basis.
Monitor & Prepare Weekly / Monthly reports on Cash Flow & Profit/Loss.
Prepare budget on monthly basis, make a report based on Actual Vs. Planned.
Maintain Bank Transaction & Reconciliation in monthly basis.
Interact with internal & external auditors in preparing / completing audits.

Administration:

Prepare, Maintain, Monitor & Standardize Client, Vendor, Partners, Internal, Government & other (House Rent, Vehicle Rent) Contracts, Agreements & MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).
Maintain & Update Company's important & Highly Confidential Legal Documents (like: Company registration, MOA, AOA, Share Documents).
File, Maintain & Ensure Copyright & Trademarks of our products and align with government laws.
Insurance of Assets, Staff (based on HR Policy) and other (if any).

Qualifications and experience

At least bachelor's degree.
Experience working in the software industry would be an added advantage.
Having knowledge of financial and procurement policies and administration.
Able to apply analytical and innovative tools successfully to produce creative and valuable solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in diverse team environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
