Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Field Officer to support the field-level implementation, coordination, and monitoring of various projects and programs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling, working with communities, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting from the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits and coordinate with local stakeholders
Support in data collection, surveys, and community engagement activities
Assist in implementing project activities at the grassroots level
Monitor progress and report findings to the central team
Ensure timely documentation and reporting of field activities
Coordinate with government authorities, local bodies, and beneficiaries
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve field operations
Maintain compliance with organizational and project guidelines

Note: Candidate must have a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler license.
