Familiarity with both component-level and system-level optical specification and design

Job Description

Supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading all passive and active networks and infrastructures
Immediate response to emergency calls and perform initial troubleshoot to pinpoint the problem
Monitor the Fiber Trunk link connection for ISP headend and escalate the issue to designated Vendors
Monitor the Optical network issues deployed in the different location and forward the issue to respective vendor and technicians
Provide cost effective corrective solutions whenever possible
Provide timely response and resolution to all incidents, outages and performance alerts
Collaborate with vendors & other technical teams on a regular basis
Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of incidents, meeting SLA requirements
Generate excel pivot tables to compile key company data and reports
Preparation and compilation of team and vendors weekly and monthly reports
