We are seeking a motivated and skilled Farm Supervisor to join Ojas Agro Holdings. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily farm operations, supervise farm staff, ensure high-quality crop production, and help implement modern farming practices that enhance productivity and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily farm operations, including planting, irrigation, and harvesting activities.
Monitor crop growth, soil health, and pest/disease management practices.
Ensure farm staff follow proper agricultural procedures and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of farm activities, crop yields, and resource usage.
Support the Farm Manager in implementing modern farming techniques and productivity initiatives.
Assist in training junior staff on best practices in crop production and farm maintenance.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (BSc. Ag.).
Minimum 2 years of experience in farm operations or crop production.
Practical knowledge of high-value crops and fruit cultivation in Nepal.
Familiarity with modern farming practices, irrigation, and pest management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
