About the job

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager with a background in the Jute industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the jute market. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve export targets for jute products.
Identify and engage potential clients in international markets.
Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and terms of sale.
Negotiate contracts and manage order fulfillment from start to finish.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the jute or textile industry.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional language
