Incumbent should be bachelor’s degree in management with at least one year experience in related filed
Excellent in word, excel, PowerPoint preparation, email, internet surfing, printing, social media including YouTube uploading,
Perfect in English both written and spoken,
Must be regular, punctual, dedicated towards assignments, self-motivated towards jobs, plan daily activities, maintain dairy of official activities to be done on daily and weekly basis
perfect in internet surfing and email, maintain website of the organization intact, collect business enquiry received in email and post in website and do all needful for public relations.
Good behavior with all
Must have personal vehicle with valid driving license

Age Limit – 20-30 years

Role of receptionist basically to receive and make calls,
Keep the database of all related parties, members, government officials, embassy officials, different levels and categories of chambers of commerce and industries/ associations etc.
Assist for secretarial work, maintain files properly,
Assist in collection of dues,
Assist in programs whenever takes place.
Do needful circulation of notices and information, e-newsletter among organization members’ database and contacts.
