Roles and responsibilities of this job

Providing administrative and secretarial support, ensuring smooth and efficient functions of the office of the Executive Chairman
Managing and co-coordinating schedules, meetings, travel arrangements and daily programmers Handling of calls, emails, correspondence and other communication including interaction with clients, partners, agencies and vendors
General administration, team-centric work

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity reporting to senior management
Self-motivation, energy, commitment and ability to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external parties
Good command of both spoken and written English
Professional and meticulous character with strong attention to detail
Strong multi-tasking, planning and time-management skills
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good team player
