Job Description

KL Dugar Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive - Logistic to join our team. This is a mid-level position or fresher (no experience required but should know journal entries, should be management students) that requires a strong understanding of commercial, logistics, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and update inventory lists to ensure accurate stock levels.
Receive and dispatch goods, verifying movements of stock.
Check purchase orders against stock levels to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare delivery schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of storage facility to ensure safe and secure storage of goods.
Enter data into a database to maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics operations.
Maintain optimal stock levels at minimum cost to ensure efficient use of resources.
Calculate storage and clearance costs to ensure cost-effective logistics operations.
Manage incoming and outgoing invoices to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for logistics operations.
