Job Specification

Education level: Masters Degree in Sociology, Gender studies, Development Studies, Public health, Environmental science or related social sciences discipline.
Experience required: Above 5 years of senior leadership experience in the non-profit sector.

Qualification/ responsibilities

Proven track record of success in organizational management, fundraising, and program development.
Fluency and command in both Nepali and English language both written and spoken.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
Ability to inspire and engage staff, board members, donors, and partners.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability, including proposal writing, donor cultivation, and partnership development.
Represent the organization to external stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, partners, and the public.
