About the job

Roles and Responsibilities of Executive Secretary:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and conferences.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Manager, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to relevant information.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Act as a point of contact between the manager and internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other external parties.
Track and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Help the staffs prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure efficiency in their daily schedule.

Requirements:

Professional degree in related field with work experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role supporting top-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in using office software and computer applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
