Executive Assistant

Nepal Center for Engineering and Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a candidate for an Executive Assistant position (full time or part time) in Kathmandu, Nepal. 

Under certain conditions, flexible work location and flexible working hours can be made possible. Those who are seeking a part time position can work with us while working in another full time job or while involved in a Bachelor’s or a Masters degree.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Coordination of managerial and administrative tasks
• Prepare technical reports
• Information search, research and data analysis
• Record keeping of accounts
• Creation and maintenance of databases
• Prepare documents for review and presentation 

The successful candidate must be willing and able to work with minimum supervision, should be able to take the initiative and self-learn, interested in seeking new knowledge and challenges, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willing to be flexible in working hours to accommodate foreign partner companies (overnight working is not expected). The position would be more suitable for an individual who is interested in and willing to handle the conditions of a growing organization while contributing to its growth. The successful candidate will receive training in required software.
