Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study with at least two years of experience in a similar position.

Major Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant proactively coordinates & manages the overall functioning of the Country Representative's Office by using extensive knowledge of organizational policy & procedures. This position operates with considerable independent judgment.initiative while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality as outlined in the TOR.
