Job Description

Manage 2-3 email inboxes on a regular basis. Draft replies, verify and respond on behalf of the Managing Director.
Manage multiple projects for the MD including assisting in hiring and onboarding workers.
Maintain and manage the Executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments daily.
Send debriefs every day for the following day before logging off.
Perform data entry tasks on the CRM system.
Monitor other operational team members, flagging and reporting to the Managing Director regularly.
Set up reminders for any scheduled events.
Take detailed notes during meetings.
Perform any other regular administrative tasks assigned.
Ad hoc duties.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (2 breaks in between)
