Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an EV Charging Station Engineering Manager at AirCharge in Kathmandu. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for engineering management, team leadership, project management, and integration tasks related to our electric vehicle charging stations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Strong understanding of power electronics
Minimum 4 years of experience relevant to this job
At least having a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Prior experience in the electric vehicle or sustainable energy industry

What you will be responsible for

Heading the engineering division (Including R&D, System Design and Implementation)
Ensuring systems meet specified design and safety parameters
Team expansion
R&D for EV chargers
Technical consultation for clients when required
System design for EV Charging stations
Coordination with governmental and non-governmental bodies in Nepal
