VEHICLE (TWO WHEELER) FOR AUCTION
NIC ASIA Bank invites sealed Bids for the auction of following used office vehicles (two wheelers) on "As is Where is" (retra) basis. Interested individual/firm/ company can purchase Bid document from Bank's General Administration and Projects Management Department at Registered Office, Thapathali, Kathmandu upon deposit of non-refundable document fee of NPR 1,000.00 (Rupees One Thousand Only) in the Bank account specified below:

Details of Two-wheelers for Auction:
Terms and Condition:
- The vehicles (two wheelers) can be inspected at the respective site of the vehicle on 'as is where is' basis. Vehicles can be inspected between 8:00 am to 9:30 am or 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm during the notice period.
- The bidders must submit Bid deposit of 10% of their quoted amount valid for 3 months for each two wheelers, which will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders after the completion of Bid process.
- Bidder may apply for either any one vehicle or more than one vehicles.
Document Requirement (For Company/Firm):
- Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized
- Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate-Duly Notarized.
- Valid copies of Tax clearance of latest fiscal year - Duly Notarized. MOA and AOA - Duly Notarized.
- Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized.
- Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized.
- Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik), or Firm renewal documents - Duly Notarized
Document Requirement (For Individuals):
- Copy of Citizenship certificate - duly notarized
- Copy of PAN certificate - duly notarized
The sealed Bid document must be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department and submitted in person within the close of business hours on 24th March 2025 in the format prescribed in the Bid Document. If the last date of document submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date. Bid opening date shall be notified to the applicants through email.
NIC ASIA Bank reserves the right to accept the offer wholly or partially, annul or modify the bidding process and/or reject all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
