INVITATION TO GENERAL PUBLIC FOR BIDDING
UN Agencies in Nepal invite Sealed Bids from interested firms/persons for the sale of the following surplus used Vehicles on an "as is where is" basis.
1. Vehicle Scrap Sale (ILO)
2. Vehicle/Motorcycle Sale (UNICEF, UNFPA, UNDP and ILO)
Items Inspection & Bid Form Collection: Saturday-Sunday, 20-21 May 2023 between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at respective UN Agencies address (UN House Pulchowk Lalitpur and ILO, Naya Bato, Lalitpur.
Bid Submission: Monday, 22 May 2023 at respective UN Agencies by 4:00 pm. (Instruction will be provided on the Bid Submission Form).
The sealed bid must be marked for individual lot/item and to be addressed to The Bid Opening Committee, (Name and address of respective UN Agency).
Goods once sold will be not accepted back for any reason. UN RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON THEREOF.
