RE-INVITATION FOR SEALED QUOTATIONS

1. Nepal Telecom (NT) re-invites sealed quotations for the procurement of service mentioned in table below:
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Telecom, International Service Department, Central Office, Bhadrakali Plaza, Kathmandu
3. A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of Nepal Telecom, International Service Department, Central Office Bhadrakali Plaza, Kathmandu till 11:00 AM on 2082/07/02, by eligible bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, Tax clearance of F/Y 080/81 and upon payment of cost of bid document (mentioned in table) in cash.
4. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the office of Nepal Telecom, International Service Department by hand on or before 11:45 Hrs. on 2082/07/02. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the time mentioned in the table at the office of Nepal Telecom, International Service Department. Bids must be valid for a period of at least 45 days from the date of opening of bids and must be accompanied by a bid security from approved "A" Class commercial bank of Nepal or may deposit in Nepal Telecom account no: 0806013021601 at Nabil Bank Ltd, Pulchowk Branch amounting as specified in the table which shall be valid for minimum 90 days from the date of opening of bids.
6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
