PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT - TENDER NOTICE
The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Country Office Nepal - within the framework of its operation in Nepal, would like to invite sealed proposals from suitably qualified and experienced service provider/firms/travel agency (IATA approved Travel Agents) having experience of minimum of 5 years for a Service Agreement of Air Travel and Air Ticketing Services for Domestic and International Air Travel. All requirements for the services are elaborated in the tender documents.
Tender documents containing request for proposal, terms of reference (TOR), instructions to bidders, pricing format, general & special conditions of the contract etc. for the service provider can be obtained through email request to Nischal Shrestha ([email protected]) between [09:00] hrs. to [17:00] hrs. until [Friday], 2nd June 2023 (Nepal Time).

Both Technical and Financial offers, complete in all respects, in separate sealed envelopes should be received at the above address during office hours from [09:00] hrs. to [17:00] hrs. on or before [Wednesday], 7th June 2023 (Nepal Time).
The IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
