1. The Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality, Kaski invites electronic sealed quotations from registered Suppliers/Bidders for the following works:
2. Eligible suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the sealed quotation documents from PPMO website https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. If last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same prescribed for the original last date of bid submission. The bid validity and bid security shall be counted after date of bid opening.
4. Machhapuchchhre Rural Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
5. Any provisions which are not mentioned in this notice will be consistent with PPA 2063, PPR 2064 and other prevailing Nepalese Laws.
