1. The Madi Secondary School, Madi, Sankhuwasabha invites Tender from eligible Nepalese bidders for the IFB no:- MADI/SQ/W/2081/82-01
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at Madi Secondary School, Madi, Sankhuwasabha during office hours or may visit E-procurement section of PPMO's Web portal https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidders should purchase the bid document electronically through E-procurement section of PPMO's web portal. Bidder should deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 1,000.00 (non-refundable) in the School Office account for the purchase of the bids as specified below and electronic scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files.
4. Bidders should submit their bid electronically through E-procurement section of PPMO's Web portal as specified in the Instruction to Bidders on or before 12:00 hrs of 2082/02/05. Late bid will be rejected. Bids shall be opened at 14:00 hrs on the same day of bid in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

6. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NR$ 47,250.00 issued by "A" class commercial bank or direct deposit in Madi Secondary School's Account number, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day. In such a case the validity of bid security shall be considered from already specified last date for bid submission.
8. Madi Secondary School reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the sealed bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
