Invitation for Bids

1. Gorkha Road Project, Gorkha, invites open competitive electronic bids from duly eligible national bidders for the following works under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
3. Bidder can only bid electronically through e-procurement section of PPMO's website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically. Bidders are required to submit two different bid response documents, one containing
(i) the Technical Bid and the other
(ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.
4. Online bids must be valid for a period of 90 days for tenders counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security which be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
5. Any condition so far not covered shall be as per Public Procurement Act 2063 (Amendment-2073), and Public Procurement Regulation 2064. Any amendments in tender notice shall be published in the e-procurement section.
6. Bank Guarantee shall be in the form specified in the bid documents; otherwise rejected.
7. Gorkha Road Project. Gorkha reserves the right to reject or accept or cancel any bid, partially or in full, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
