Invitation for Bids
1. The Government of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Bauram Khola Bridge and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for LPRM/WORKS/NCB/05/2081/082. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality,Maheshpur Patari invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Bauram Khola Bridge under National Competitive Bidding-Single Stage Double Envelope Bidding procedures.
3. Eligible Bidders may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidder must submit their bid electronically by download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document of the Project's Rs 5000 at Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

5. Bidders must submit electronic bids only through PPMO's e-GP system https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 PM on before 2082/02/25.Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 2082/02/25 at the office of Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality, Maheshpur Patari. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs 20,00,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
