1. The Department of Roads, Postal Highway Directorate Babarmahal Kathmandu invites Single Stage, Two Envelope Electronic Bids from eligible Nepali bidders for the construction of following works under National Competitive Bidding procedures.

3. Bidders should submit their bids electronically after downloading the bidding documents from PPMO's website https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the Fee of bidding document in the Revenue account as specified below and scanned copy (".pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
4. Bids must be valid for a period as specified above from bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by Cash Security (should be deposited in Deposit Account No. 1201200001002524, Office Code: 337013516 in the name of Financial Comptroller Office, Kathmandu (at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali, Kathmandu) or Bank Guarantee (issued by A class commercial bank), amounting to a minimum of as mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
