1. Road Infrastructure Development Office, Rupandehi invites electronic bids only from eligible bidders for following works under NCB bidding procedure. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in the bidding for the contracts mentioned below.
2. The Bid Validity Period is September 9, 2024, and the Bid Security Validity Period is October 10, 2025, for all Bids.

5. Bidders are Strongly Requested to submit their Qualification Information and Bidding Forms as provided in bidding documents and clearly state the Contract ID in Voucher of Bid Document Fee. Failure to submit their Qualifications information, Bidding Forms as per provided in Bid Document and Contract ID in Voucher of Bid Document Fee shall be ground for declaring the Bid NON-RESPONSIVE.
6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the office on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the office premise.
7. If the office happens to be closed on the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
8. Bidders are requested to read the bid document carefully and submit the required documents in a clear and understandable form and as per the instructions given in the bid document. Failure in the submission of the required document demanded in the bid document may lead to disqual- ification.
9. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
