1. NOC, Madhesh Provincial Office, Jeetpur-Simara ward no. 21, Amlekhgunj, Bara invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the "Supply, Delivery, installation and Commissioning of Street Lights with GI Poles in TT's Parking Areas of Madhesh Provincial office, Amlekhgunj, Bara" under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is Rs. 39,92,469.31 (including VAT & contingencies)
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of NOC, Madhesh Provincial Office, Jeetpur-Simara ward no. 21, Amlekhgunj, Bara, Email: [email protected], Tel. no.: 053-570102 or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by eligible Bidders electronically upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nrs.3,000 till 2082/08/28 (2025/12/14), in office Hour.
4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the office account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf. format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at NOC, Madhesh Provincial Office, Jeetpur-Simara ward no. 21, Amlekhgunj, Bara at 2:00 PM. on 2082/08/17 (2025/12/03)
6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office NOC, Madhesh Provincial Office, Jeetpur-Simara ward no. 21, Amlekhgunj, Bara through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp or before 12:00 Noon on 2082/08/29 (2025/12/15). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 P.M. on 2082/08/29 (2025/12/15) at NOC, Madhesh Provincial Office, Jeetpur- Simara ward no. 21, Amlekhgunj, Bara. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf. format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of 1,00,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
