Request for Expression of Interest(EOI) for the potential consultant(s) to develop Global Fund Country Proposal for HIV Programme

National Centre for AIDS and STD Control (NCASC) is seeking highly skilled and experienced consultants to support the development of a Global Fund HIV Country Proposal. We are specifically looking for individuals with expertise in the following areas:
1. HIV Programmatic Expert - 1
• An expert with extensive knowledge and experience in HIV or infectious diseases programming to assist in writing a country proposal of high quality.
• The ideal candidate should have comprehensive understanding of HIV prevention, treatment, care, and support or infectious disease epidemiology, as well as deep understanding of human rights and gender-related programming. Experience and expertise in health and community systems strengthening within the context of infectious disease programming will be an added advantage.
2. Costing and Budgeting Expert -1
• An expert who can support develop a realistic and accurate budget for the proposed program and ensure that it aligns with the Global Fund guidelines and requirements.
•The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the health sector or infectious disease programming. Knowledge of the donor funding proposal development process is essential. S/he should possess excellent articulation and professional writing skills.
