Expression of Interest (EOI) for Internal Audit of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited

Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) invites sealed proposals from interested firms/ companies for the procurement of efficient internal audit service for the fiscal year 2082.083. The Audit must be carried out by the applicable auditing standards. Expression of Interest (EOI) document including Terms of Reference (TOR) can be obtained from the Internal Audit Department of SLBBL Head Office within the closure of business hours on or before 2082/03/25 (July 09, 2025) along with non-refundable NRs. 2,500 (In words: Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) as bidding fee.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The service provider should be registered as per the applicable regulations of the country.
2. The service provider must be having prior experience of Microfinance Auditing.
3. Expression of Interest (EOI) should contain all credentials, documents, certificates, and expert consultant professional profiles along with technical and financial proposals.
4. Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with technical and financial proposal shall be delivered manually to the Internal Audit Department of SLBBL, Head Office within 12:00 P.M. on or before 2082/03/26 (July 10, 2025).
5. Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with technical and financial proposal shall be opened on 2082/03/26 (July 10, 2025) at 1:00 PM. at SLBBL, Head Office, Banepa, Kavre, in the presence or absence of service providers' representatives who choose to attend.
6. In case, the last date of obtaining, submission, and opening of the EOI documents happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date, but the time will be the same as stipulated.
7. The service provider must provide internal audit services to SLBBL's 91 branches and 1 head office twice in FY.
8. SLBBL will review and shortlist the proposals, and only the shortlisted proposals shall be contacted for further discussion and selection, including clarification of the matters, if any.
9. SLBBL reserves all the rights to reject any or all the proposals without assigning a reason or to cancel the entire procurement process in any stage.
