- Supreme court of Nepal has allocated funds towards the cost of construction of the works mentioned in the table and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract as described in table below. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders
- Sunsari District Court Inaruwa, Sunsari invites E-bid from eligible bidders for following works under National Competitive Bidding. All other information and Bid documents can be downloaded from the PPMO'S website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The bidding procedure will be single stage Two Envelope and E-bid only.

- The bidders shall submit their e-bid in PPMO'S website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 2077/04/29 (2020 AUGUST 13) 12:00 hrs. The bids will be opened from the PPMO'S website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2077/04/29 (2020 AUGUST 13) 14:00 hrs at the office of Sunsari District Court Inaruwa, Sunsari
- Bid security must be valid for a period of 120 days as stated below for after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid amounting to a minimum of as specified below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period (i.e. 150 days) of the bid after deadline of Bid submission date.
- If the last date of Pre-Bid meeting and Bid Opening day falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
- Bidders may submit modification or withdrawal prior to the deadline of bid submission. Once a Bid is withdrawn, bidder will not be able to submit another bid response for the same bid.
- Other information not mentioned above is as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (Amended).
- The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
