1. Infrastructure Development Office, Nuwakot invites electronic bids only from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of the project as mentioned below under NCB procedures (single-stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures). Eligible Bidders may obtain all further information at the office of IDO, Nuwakot or may visit PPMO's website https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
2. Bidders should deposit the cost of the bidding document in the office's revenue account as specified below

3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at IDO, Nuwakot at 13.00 PM on 6th July, 2021(2078/03/22). Electronic bids must be submitted through the PPMO website on or before 12.00 on 16th July 2021 (2078/04/01). The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 13.00 PM on 16th July 2021 (2078/04/01) at the office of IDO, Nuwakot. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security valid for 30 days beyond the validity period.
4. IDO, Nuwakot reserves the right to reject or accept or cancel any bid partially or fully without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
