1. Gokarneshwor Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive has allocated funds towards the construction of the cost mentioned on the table.
2. Gokarneshwor Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive intend to apply part of fund to cover eligible payment under the contract for construction of mentioned work in table below. Bidding is open for all eligible bidders as per Section - V of bidding document.
Description of Work:
- Construction of Overhead pedestrian bridge at Jorpati chowk, Ward No. 05
- Construction of Multipurpose Municipality Building with Community Facility, Ward No. 06
3. Gokarneshwor Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive invites Electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of above mentioned works under National Competitive Bidding procedures - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.
4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Gokarneshwor Municipality, Jorpati, Kathmandu, Tel : 01-4914114, 01-4914115, email : [email protected] or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov. nplegp.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may download from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (Revenue) account as specified below. Bidders shall clearly specify Contract No. of the respective Bid Document in the deposit voucher and upload the scanned copy of the voucher in pdf format during e-bid submission. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document (non-refundable fee) in Bank:

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Gokarneshwor Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Jorpati at 13:00 hours 2077/08/26.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours 2077/09/08 at the office of Gokarneshwor Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Jorpati, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of as specified above which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid i.e. minimum of 120 days). The bid security shall be, at the Bidder's option, in any of the following forms:
(a) an unconditional bank guarantee from Commercial Bank or Financial Institution eligible to issue Bank Guarantee as perprevailing Law or;
(b) a cash deposit voucher(specifying Contract No.) in the Employer's Account as specified below:

8. If the last date of purchasing and lor submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. A new firm established by any person or manager of a firm or a company that is blacklisted according to PPA will be ineligible to submit bids.
10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bid without assigning reason, whatsoever.
11. Matters not covered in this notice shall be treated in accordance with prevailing acts and regulations.
