Invitation for Online Bids

1. Department of Water Resource and Irrigation, People's Embankment Program, Field Office No: 7, Kanchanpur invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the execution of following works under National Competitive Bidding.
Description of works:
- Construction of Launching apron, Revetment and Spur, Dodhara Chadani-02, Kanchanpur
- Construction of Launching apron, Revetment & spur Belauri-5, Bhakunda, Kanchanpur
- Construction of Launching apron, Toe Wall, Krishnapur-09, Kanchanpur,
- Construction of Launching apron Embankment & Revetment Dhangadhi-12 (Jugeda Katan), Kailali,
- Construction of Launching apron, Revetment & Toe Wall, Dhangadhi-07 (Beli) &12, Kailali.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of People's Embankment Program, Field Office No:7, Kanchanpur, Tel: +977-099 520559 or may visit PPMO e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Eligible Bidders has to submit their bid electronically and must be submitted through PPMO website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, should deposit the costas specified above) of bidding document in the Rajaswa account as specified above and scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
4. Bid validity period is stated in the following table which must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security issued by "A" Class Commercial Bank or Voucher of cash deposited in Dharauti account as specified above and should be submitted in pdf format amounting stated in the table below, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bids.
5. If the last date of purchase and /or submission falls on a government holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
6. If any provision of bid documents is inconsistent with PPA-2063, PPR-2064, the provision of bid document shall be void to the extent of such inconsistency and the provision of PPA and PPR prevail.
