INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
NIC ASIA Bank solicits sealed Bids from registered contractor for the Construction Works as specified below in table for Construction of Civil works (Building Exterior Finishing and Metal Roof Truss) at Dhapasi, Kathmandu, Nepal.
Interested parties meeting under mentioned minimum eligibility criteria can obtain sealed bids from Bank's General Administration & Project Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon payment of non-refundable document fee of NPR. 10,000.00 (In words: NPR Ten Thousand Only).

Eligibility Criteria:
- The bidders should have at least 3 years of company registration.
- The bidders should have work experience of at least Three organizations/BFIs of Nepal.
- The bidders should have annual turnover at least of NPR. 10 Million per year in past fiscal year 2077/78.

- Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized
- Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate-Duly Notarized
- Valid copies of TAX Paid receipt of fiscal year FY 2077/78 - Duly Notarized
- MOA and AOA-Duly Notarized.

- Latest Company Update Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from - (Department of Commerce/Industry) - Duly Notarized
Sealed bids are to be submitted within close of business hour on 19th May, 2022. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered as last day. All Proposal should be addressed to General Administration and Project Department and must be submitted in person. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bid documents sent through Mail/ Courier will neither be accepted for any consideration nor will they be returned to the sender.
