About the job

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Enterprise Sales team as a Pre Sales Engineer for IT Global. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our sales team to drive revenue growth by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and developing solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Dell Technologies' products and services.
Work closely with customers to understand their IT infrastructure and digital transformation goals.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales support.
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in IT infrastructure and digital transformation.
Travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 50% travel)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in a technical sales engineering role, preferably in the IT industry
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization
Working experience as a System Admin with strong technology experience on VMware, Linux, Microsoft,
Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP
Experience with Dell Technologies products and services is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic
