Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for the Lower Secondary level who can inspire students to develop strong language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. The ideal candidate should create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment and support students’ overall academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons aligned with the curriculum
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills
Encourage students to develop confidence in spoken and written English
Design and conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback
Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Support students who require additional academic assistance
Maintain academic records and prepare progress reports
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance
Participate in school meetings, trainings, and extracurricular activities
Incorporate modern teaching tools such as digital resources and interactive methods

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the school level (Lower Secondary preferred)
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
Strong classroom management skills
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Classroom, and educational tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and engage students
Patience, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
