Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic English Teacher for Classes 1 to 3 at Sampada School. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and skilled in building strong foundational English language skills through engaging, age-appropriate teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver interactive English lessons for Classes 1 to 3.
Teach basic reading, writing, phonics, vocabulary, and communication skills.
Create a joyful, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
Use creative teaching tools such as stories, rhymes, activities, and visual aids.
Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Support students’ overall language development and confidence.
Maintain classroom discipline with a positive approach.
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff when required.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Master's degree in Education.
Freshers and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly teaching approach.
Basic knowledge of teaching aids and classroom technology is a plus.

Salary: 30,000+ per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
