Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening to students.
Motivate students with engaging and creative teaching methods.
Possess or develop a good understanding of the Chinese language to facilitate effective communication with students (preferred but optional).
Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.
Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a supportive and positive learning environment.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students and colleagues on a regular basis.
Stay updated with changes and developments in the structure of the English curriculum.
Take responsibility for the academic progress of a class of students.
Plan lessons with clear objectives and ensure all lessons are delivered effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Required Age:More than 16 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Previous experience teaching English, especially to Chinese students, is advantageous.
Strong understanding of English language mechanics and grammar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new teaching strategies.

Working Conditions:

Part-time position with flexible working hours.

Hourly rate: NRs 600-800 .

Working hours may vary based on class schedules and student needs.
